ALCUOONE A2 core is a composite panel which sandwiched by two layers of aluminum coating skin and non-combustion core. The decorative layer is coated with high performance PVDF system which supplied form KANAR 500 or HYLAR 5000 70% PVDF resin authorized paint company to ensure an excellent exterior durability while offer the more selections. These coating are finished on continuous process coil coating line, which make the color and gloss uniform are better than other coating process available in market.

PE(Polyester ) Coating: high molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, is a UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure makes paint surface lustre and smooth, Which assure good printing on the panel surface, With a Warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, It is specially applied for internal decoration and signboard.

According to the Gardner Scale, the gloss of metallic colours is between 30%~50% and the gloss of special effect colours is between 70%-80% by one more clear coating.
